Vintage 1950s Napier Silver Plated “Bottoms Up” Spirits Jigger
This is a very sought-after barware item designed with graduated liquid measuring intervals, the jigger rests on the top of a glass; a twist of the handle pours the liquid without spilling a drop.
Manufactured in the USA by the Napier Company in a brilliant silver plate finish over brass.
